ऑक्यूपेंसी सेंसर ट्रबलशूटिंग

अधिकांश समय, ऑक्यूपेंसी सेंसर अत्यंत विश्वसनीय होते हैं, विशेष रूप से PIR ऑक्यूपेंसी मोशन सेंसर। ऑक्यूपेंसी सेंसर स्विच सही ढंग से स्थापित होने और संचालित होने पर उत्कृष्ट रूप से कार्य करते हैं। दैनिक उपयोग के दौरान हमारे सामने आने वाली अधिकांश समस्याएं अनुचित इंस्टॉलेशन या सेटिंग के कारण होती हैं।

नए स्थापित ऑक्यूपेंसी सेंसर स्विच से ON/OFF नहीं हो रहा है

संभावित कारण:

सेंसर स्विच की वायरिंग गलत तरीके से की गई है।

समाधान: 

जांचें कि आपके ऑक्यूपेंसी सेंसर को न्यूट्रल वायर की आवश्यकता है या नहीं।

• If it requires a neutral wire(4 wires), make sure green wire is connected to ground, and white wire connected to neutral.
• If it requires only a ground wire(3 wires), make sure green wire is connected to ground.

मैनुअल बटन दबाने पर सेंसर प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देता है

संभावित कारण:

The sensor is under initial power up or power outage, it needs time for initialization.

समाधान:

Wait 30 seconds for the sensor to be fully functional and press the button again.

कमरा / स्थान खाली होने के बाद भी लाइट ON रहती है

संभावित कारण:

Sensor detecting an external noise source such as an HVAC vent.

समाधान:

• Change sensor sensitivity to low.
• Eliminate or decrease the external noise source.
• Relocate the sensor if possible.

Time out not passed

समाधान:

• Wait for the time dealy to expire.
• Change the time delay to a lower value.

Dual-technology ultrasonic and PIR sensors are placed too close together.

Relocate the sensors

Sensor is facing rapid temperature change such as a HAVC or coffer maker.

समाधान:

• Change sensor sensitivity to low.
• Replace with a manual override sensor switch
• Replace with a dual technology sensor

• Turn off the switch
• Change to occupancy or vacancy mode.

• Change the ambient light level to none.
• Change the ambient light level to a proper value.

Sensor not detecting motion

समाधान:

• Relocate the sensor switch to proper position
• Change sensor sensitivity to high.

Sensor not have full-view of the room/space

• Relocate the sensor to proper position.
• Move the object which blocks the sensor’s detection range.

लोगों के पास से गुजरने पर लाइट ON हो जाती है

संभावित कारण:

Sensor coverage extends beyond room perimeter

समाधान:

Change sensor sensitivity to low.

Sensor detects motion from mirror or shiny objects reflections outside the room.

समाधान:

• Change sensor sensitivity to low.
• Switch to manual on/off mode
• Cover and block some part of the sensor to reduce its sensitivity.

संभावित कारण:

Turns on in vacancy mode

समाधान:

•  Lights can turn back on within 30 seconds following the time delay timeout. Meaning users should wait for another 30 seconds when the time delay expires, then the light is completely switched off and can be only turned on by manual action.
• Sensor Mode may be set to occupancy mode other than vacancy mode.

• Change sensor sensitivity to low.
• Switch to manual on/off mode
• Cover and block some part of the sensor to reduce its sensitivity.

संभावित कारण:

There is a heat source that changes its temperature rapidly

समाधान:

• Block and cover part of the sensor to decrease its sensitivity.
• Switch to manual mode.
