Yes. The receiver is wired to the lighting fixture, while the wireless switch sends a 2.4GHz signal from the selected control location. This avoids running a new switch cable to that location.
What power does the receiver need?
The controller receiver is powered by 100-230VAC, 50/60Hz and is rated at 5A. It should be installed by disconnecting power first and wiring the terminal block correctly.
What battery does the wireless switch use?
The wireless switch emitter uses 1 CR2032 battery. The RZ040W switch ships with the battery pre-installed; remove the insulation pull tab before first use.
How far can the wireless switch communicate indoors?
