What is Night Mode?

Can I use the RZ050 to turn my AC ON?

While its primary function is to send an “Away” command (like OFF or a higher temperature) when a room is empty, the RZ050-DP (the model detailed on this page) can also learn an optional “Welcome” command from your AC remote. You can teach the RZ050 a specific temperature setting command from your AC remote, such as 28°C. When the room is unoccupied, the RZ050 will switch to this setting instead of turning the AC off completely.
