What is Epact
Epact, short for Energy Policy Act (EPAct), refers to a legislation enacted in 1992 with the aim of promoting energy efficiency in the lighting industry. Its primary objective is to discourage the use of inefficient lamps by prohibiting their manufacture or importation into the United States.
