Wat is lichtdoorlatend materiaal<\/h2>\n\n\n

Een translucent (halfdoorzichtig) materiaal is een type materiaal dat licht gedeeltelijk doorlaat. In tegenstelling tot transparante materialen die helder zicht bieden, verstrooien en diffunderen translucente materialen het licht wanneer het erdoorheen gaat. Deze verstrooiing van licht resulteert in vervaagde en verzachte beelden van objecten die door het materiaal heen worden bekeken. De mate van zichtbaarheid door een translucent materiaal hangt af van de hoeveelheid licht die door het materiaal wordt verstrooid, geabsorbeerd en reflecteerd.<\/p>\n
