Det er et m\u00e5l for str\u00f8mb\u00f8lgeformens amplitude og spiller en afg\u00f8rende rolle i n\u00f8jagtig m\u00e5ling og overv\u00e5gning af elektriske belastninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forskellige typer belastninger udviser forskellige str\u00f8mb\u00f8lgeformer, hvilket resulterer i varierende crest-faktorer. Resistive belastninger, s\u00e5som varmelegemer og gl\u00f8dep\u00e6rer, har typisk n\u00e6sten sinusformede str\u00f8mb\u00f8lgeformer med en crest-faktor t\u00e6t p\u00e5 1,4.
